About.

The Community Healing Project is a curated toolkit by a group of like-minded Sea to Sky folks who have a passion for helping others.  We all share a knowledge of mental health either from a patient angle, professional education, or general advocacy role.  We want this toolkit to be a useful place for anyone and everyone in our community to gather and find resources that will assist with maintaining or regaining mental health during these uncertain times.

Established in 2020

This toolkit is created for today. We are pulling tools from many resources that we have found to be useful in understanding our emotions, thoughts, beliefs, anxiety, stress, and depression.  In this time of COVID-19 we believe it will take all of us, together, to come out stronger on the other side.  And we will come though this.  We also believe that time will heal our heartache and pain - no one is alone in this.
